(Columbia County, OR)  --  One person is dead and two others are seriously injured, following a crash in Columbia County.  Sheriff's deputies say a car traveling south on Old Portland Road yesterday afternoon crossed the center line and hit an oncoming box truck.  The driver of the car died at the scene, and a passenger in the car was airlifted to a Portland hospital.  The driver of the truck was transported to a hospital by ambulance.
