Report: Frasher Made Racially-insensitive Remarks To Employees

(Oregon City, OR)  --  Oregon City Manager David Frasher is accused of making racially-insensitive remarks to employees, prior to his recent firing.  KGW-TV reports a complaint was filed against Frasher after he made the comments to two members of the Oregon City Police Department.  The report cites documents as saying Frasher told the police captain and sergeant that people in Romania work hard because they're all white, and that black people are lazy and there are no black people in Romania.  Mayor Dan Holladay told KGW that Frasher wasn't fired because of the complaint, but because city leaders had lost confidence in him.
