(Olympia, WA)  --  Officials say more than enough signatures have been submitted to get an initiative on Washington's statewide ballot regarding a U.S. Supreme Court ruling.  Initiative 735 would put the state on record calling for an amendment to the U.S. Constitution to overturn the "Citizens United" ruling.  The decision overturned a 20-year-old Supreme Court ruling that prohibited corporations from spending unlimited money to support or oppose candidates.  Supporters of the measure say if it gets on the ballot, votes in favor of it would be symbolic but would let Congress know the amendment needs to be considered.
