(Undated)  --  A new WalletHub analysis of the efficiency of spending taxpayer dollars ranks Portland 43rd in the nation.  WalletHub ranked 78 cities on how efficiently they spend public money in certain key categories.  Portland was ranked 34th in education spending, 44th in law-enforcement, and 25th in parks and recreation.  Seattle was ranked 62nd overall.  New Orleans was ranked first, followed by Miami, Philadelphia, Cleveland, and Houston.
