(Tigard, OR)  --  Three people, including the victim's estranged wife, are facing charges in connection with a murder in Tigard.  Authorities say Brennan Chase Surface, Maria Lynn Molina and Charlz Lavern Warbonnet have been indicted for the murder of Luis Alberto Aguilar-Estrada in December 2015.  Police say the victim's body was found with a gunshot wound to the head at the Pacific Village Apartments in Tigard.  Authorities say Surface is also charged with attempted murder for an unrelated shooting that happened in January in North Portland.
