(Portland, OR)  --  Police say a 20-year-old woman remains in critical condition, after being shot at an apartment in Southeast Portland.  Authorities say the woman was shot Wednesday afternoon at least once at the apartment in the 36-hundred block of Southeast 28th Place.  Officials say no arrests have been made.  Investigators say the victim and the suspect likely knew each other.
