(Eagle Point, OR)  --  A suspected bike thief is in an Oregon jail after being lassoed by the "Lone Ranger."  That's what witnesses are calling Robert Borba after he got on his horse, chased the suspect and lassoed him Friday morning.  Eagle Point police say Borba took action when folks outside of a Walmart started shouting that someone was trying to steal a mountain bike.  Police say after Borba snared the man and held him for police all he asked for was his rope back.
