(Corvallis, OR) -- Benton County Commissioner Annabelle Jaramillo will be required to complete a diversion program, after pleading guilty to a drunk-driving charge. Police say Jaramillio was pulled over at an intersection in Philomath on April 26th after returning home from a campaign fundraiser, and failed a field-sobriety test. She entered the guilty plea Friday in Benton County. Jaramillo, who's running for re-election, has also been ordered to pay a 490-dollar fine.
