(Clackamas County, OR)  --  Clackamas County sheriff's deputies are looking for a woman who's in urgent need of medical attention.  Authorities say 54-year-old Natalie Derr hasn't been seen since Sunday, when she left a Clackamas County care facility.  Deputies say she left without the medication she needs.  Authorities say Derr may be driving to the Oregon Coast in her red 2010 Toyota Prius with Oregon license plates 057ESW.  Anyone knowing her whereabouts is asked to call 911.
