(Portland, OR) -- A man is facing federal charges, after bringing a rifle into the U.S. Courthouse in downtown Portland. The Department of Homeland Security says 27-year-old Matthew Mglej brought a rifle concealed in a towel into the controlled area around the courthouse yesterday evening. Mglej was arrested after the towel slipped off the rifle and DHS agents saw it. KOIN-TV reports Mglej was previously arrested for indecent exposure outside the same courthouse for playing a violin while naked, but the charge was dropped.
