(Undated)  --  In observance of National Coffee Day, a new report from consumer website WalletHub.com places Portland and Seattle at the top of its list of Best Cities for Coffee Lovers.  WalletHub's rankings are based on data that range from "number of coffee shops, coffee houses and cafés per capita" and "average price of a coffee pack" to "Google search average for the word 'coffee.'"  Portland and Seattle are ranked one and two, respectively, followed by Minneapolis, Pittsburgh, and Orlando.  San Francisco, New Orleans, Madison, Wisconsin, Cincinnati, and Scottsdale, Arizona round out the top ten.
