(Portland, OR) -- Authorities say the first of two forecast storm systems caused damage as it moved through the Portland area. KATU-TV reports a tree took down a power line and one fell on TriMet's MAX Blue Line near the Quatama Park-and-ride in Hillsboro. A power outage prompted crews to evacuate a train at the 185th and Baseline Park-and-ride and passengers boarded a shuttle bus. The second storm system is expected to bring higher winds to the region tomorrow.
