(Portland, OR) -- School officials at Portland's Roosevelt High say hundreds of thousands of dollars in damage was caused at the school by vandals. The school's principal tells KOIN-TV a new building that just opened on the campus was flooded by the culprits during a basketball tournament that was being held on October 15th. He says video cameras recorded the people breaking into a second-floor science classroom and turning on an emergency eye-wash shower, which caused the flooding. Officials say repairs and cleanup will take weeks.
