(Undated)  --  An analysis by finance-and-lifestyle website WalletHub.com says Oregon is about average among states in regard to financial literacy.  WalletHub examined financial-education programs and consumer habits across a data set of 15 key metrics in each of the 50 states and the District of Columbia.  Oregon is ranked 27th in financial literacy.  Topping the list is New Hampshire, while Washington is 39th and Louisiana ranks 51st.
