(West Linn, OR)  --  A West Linn police lieutenant is on paid administrative leave weeks after the police chief was put on leave.  Lieutenant Mike Stradley is under investigation for possibly violating city policy, although there has been very little comment on the details of the investigation.  It comes after his boss, Chief Terry Timeus, is under investigation for potentially violating city policy.  It is unclear if the two investigations are connected and police say the investigations are standard practice.
