(Clark County, OR)  --  A Clark County Sheriff's Office corrections deputy is facing charges for sexual misconduct with a female inmate.  Police arrested Christopher North earlier this week after a female inmate said he engaged in a sexual act with her while she was waiting in a booking area earlier this month.  Court documents say the inmate's clothes have tested positive for North's bodily fluids and investigators are waiting for swab test results from the inmate and North.  He is facing charges of indecent liberties and custodial sexual misconduct in the second degree.
