City Fills 10,000 Potholes

(Portland, OR)  --  Portland's roads should be feeling a bit smoother.  The Portland Bureau of Transportation tells KATU they've filled nearly ten-thousand potholes since the start of the year.  The bureau says they normally only fill about six- to seven-thousand potholes per year.  Officials brought in a private contractor to aid in the effort.
