(Vancouver, WA) -- The driver of a large truck won't be facing charges after speeding past counter-protesters twice at a Patriot Prayer rally in Vancouver, Washington. Police detained and then released the man after he sped past the group of counter-protesters a second time during yesterday's rally. Video captured by KGW shows the man speeding backwards beside the counter-protesters in a large truck with several American flags attached to it and then leaving before speeding past them again about five minutes later. Witnesses tell KGW another truck pulled up beside counter-protesters and sprayed them with pepper spray. The Patriot Prayer group had originally scheduled the rally to take place in Portland but moved it to Vancouver at the last minute.
