(Portland, OR)  --  A group of Portland-based aid workers are in Puerto Rico helping hurricane victims.  Workers with Mercy Corps arrived in Puerto Rico early this week as part of a two-month relief effort.  The group says they're focusing on short-term recovery first by handing out money to victims so they can buy food and water.  After that, the workers say they'll get to work on long-term recovery efforts to help stabilize the economy however they can.
