(Portland, OR)  --  Police say they arrested one person at a Patriot Prayer group rally and counter-protest near the route of the Portland Marathon yesterday.  Federal agents arrested Jay Bishop during the demonstrations at Terry Schrunk Free Speech Plaza after he allegedly brought a gun into the park.  Firearms are banned from the federally controlled park.  The Patriot Prayer group announced the last-minute rally Saturday night on Facebook, spurring the Rose City Antifa to organize a counter-protest.
