(Salmon Creek, WA)  --  One person is dead and another is injured following a wrong-way crash near Vancouver.  Police say a driver used an off-ramp to enter the northbound I-5 in Salmon Creek last night and was going the wrong way when they crashed into another car head-on.  The wrong-way driver was killed, while the other driver suffered serious injuries.
