(Salem, OR)  --  Police are releasing the identity of a 17-year-old carjacking suspect killed in a deputy-involved shooting.  Police say Baltazar Escaloma-Baez died in the shooting in Polk County over the weekend.  Escaloma-Baez allegedly stole a car, leading to a police pursuit that ended on Highway 18 near milepost 23, where deputies tried to arrest the teen and then opened fire.  Investigators say they found a weapon at the scene.
