(Portland, OR)  --  One person is injured after crashing into a power pole in Hillsboro.  Police say the man was driving near 4515 Southeast River Road Saturday night when he started having a medical issue, causing him to crash into the pole.  First responders had to extricate the man from his vehicle but say he didn't suffer serious injuries.  The crash shut down River Road for a couple hours.
