(Vancouver, WA)  --  Vancouver's first-ever female mayor is stepping into office.  Mayor Anne McEnerny-Ogle starts her first full day in the position today after being sworn in last night.  McEnerny-Ogle previously served on the Vancouver City Council for five years.
