(Portland, OR) -- A teenage boy remains hospitalized in an intensive care unit after being pulled out of a burning apartment in Southeast Portland. Family members tell KATU the 15-year-old is hooked up to a ventilator and that he didn't respond well to treatment overnight Monday. Firefighters responded to the apartment building near Southeast 82nd Avenue and Main Street Monday night for a second-alarm fire. Fire crews found the teen unconscious inside the building and carried him out. An investigation is ongoing into the cause of the fire.
