Governor Brown Pardons Former Gang Member

(Salem, OR)  --  A reformed former gang member who's now working as a mentor is getting a clean slate.  Governor Kate Brown granted clemency yesterday to 44-year-old Dondrae Fair of Portland, who served five years for armed robbery.  He's now a mentor who aims to help the city's gangsters turn over a new leaf, like he did.  It was only the third time Brown has given a pardon since she's been in office.
