(Portland, OR)  --  Thousands of people celebrated St. Patrick's Day with a run through Downtown Portland.  Roughly 25-thousand racers turned out Saturday for the annual Shamrock Run.  The event features distances ranging from a 5K to a half-marathon.  The race has been a tradition in Portland for the last four decades.
