(Portland, OR)  --  A woman who grabbed the hat from a Trump supporter's head is no longer facing criminal charges.  Deputy District Attorney Eric Palmer said the case was dismissed yesterday because the plaintiff lives far away and did not want to travel to Portland.  The legal action stemmed from an incident in which Kelly Baur grabbed a pro-Trump cap from Jacob Lortie's head during an alt-right rally in June.
