Outage Leaves Nearly 5,000 Without Power

(Portland, OR)  --  The lights are coming back on in Southeast Portland after an outage that left nearly five-thousand people in the dark.  Police say the outage early this morning shut down the traffic lights in the area of Southeast 122nd Avenue from Southeast Division Street to Southeast Powell Boulevard.  Portland General Electric says they've now restored power north of Southeast Division.  They hope to have all power completely restored by 8:45 this morning.
