(Portland, OR)  --  The 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals is hearing a Portland man's lawsuit over his placement on a no-fly list.  "OregonLive" reports that Yonas Fikre contends he was placed on the no-fly list while overseas eight years ago.  He claims the action was taken to force him to serve as an FBI informant on his place of worship, Portland's biggest Sunni mosque.  Fikre's lawyer says the no-fly ruling prevented his client from returning to the states and violated his Fourth Amendment rights.
