(Portland, OR)  --  One man is dead after crashing his car into a pole in southeast Portland.  Police say the man crashed Saturday evening in the 11-thousand-700 block of Southeast Stark Street.  Investigators believe the man may have died from a medical condition just before crashing into the pole.  An autopsy has been scheduled.
