(Portland, OR)  --  A man is facing nearly a year of home detention after leaving a fake bomb on a MAX train.  A judge sentenced Wilfredo Reyes to eight months of home detention along with three years of probation.  Authorities say Reyes styled a backpack to look like a bomb and then left it on a MAX train seat last summer.  He then called 9-1-1 to report that there was a bomb on the train.
