(Depoe Bay, OR)  --  A Lake Oswego couple are dead after being swept out to sea near Depoe Bay.  Authorities say Miaochan Chen and Wenjun Zhu were hiking on some rocks Sunday when a wave washed over them.  Their ten-year-old daughter was not hurt.  A Coast Guard helicopter recovered the unresponsive couple, but they were pronounced dead at a hospital.  State police say the family had just recently emigrated from China.  The girl has been placed in a foster home.
