(Portland, OR)  --  The FBI is confirming that Mayor Ted Wheeler was among the targets of threats from the Florida man accused of mailing pipe bombs to prominent Democrats across the country.  The FBI says Cesar Sayoc also did research on Wheeler and locations linked to him.  Wheeler's office says the FBI confirmed that Sayoc threatened Wheeler on social media.  KATU reports that Governor Kate Brown was also the subject of an angry tweet from Sayoc.
