(Portland, OR)  --  A registered sex offender is facing new charges after allegedly sending explicit texts to a teenage girl.  James Scott was arraigned in Multnomah County court last week.  He's accused of sending nude photos of himself to a 15-year-old girl back in August.  His previous convictions stemmed from the 80s.
