(Portland, OR)  --  A woman is facing child neglect charges after allegedly leaving her young daughter and infant baby at a MAX stop in Gresham.  Police arrested 35-year-old Jamie Chance for the incident December 28th.  Police say someone called 9-1-1 after seeing the 12-year-old girl and three-month-old baby alone at the MAX stop in the rain for more than half an hour.  Chance allegedly called police a few hours later saying she couldn't find her children after drinking a bottle of wine and waking up behind a bar.  Chance is charged with two counts of first-degree mistreatment, two counts of second-degree child neglect, and two counts of abandoning a child
