(Portland, OR)  --  Police are warning residents about the discovery of a credit card skimmer on an ATM in Woodburn.  Police say employees at the Columbia Bank on North Evergreen Road called 9-1-1 late last week after finding the skimmer.  Police have released security camera photos showing two men installing the skimmer earlier that morning.  Anyone with information is urged to contact police.
