(Vancouver, WA) -- The number of confirmed measles cases in the Pacific Northwest now stands at 51. Forty-nine of those cases are in Washington state's Clark County on the Oregon border, one is in King County, and one is in Portland, Oregon. Most of the infected are unvaccinated. Health officials say people may have been exposed to the illness at more than three-dozen locations in Washington and Oregon. Last month, Clark County declared the outbreak a public health emergency.
