(Grants Pass, OR)  --  A hit-and-run crash in Grants Pass helped police track down a wanted fugitive from California.  Officers say 28-year-old Christopher Sovereign rear-ended a car yesterday afternoon near Northeast F Street.  Police then spotted the suspect driving recklessly before he abandoned his car at a mobile home park on Rogue River Highway.  Police used a K-9 unit to track Sovereign down in the woods nearby.
