(undated)  --  Forecasters say hot temperatures could break records in Portland and on the rest of the West Coast this week.  Accuweather says temperatures could climb as high as 20-degrees above normal from California to Washington.  Portland could break records on Tuesday and Wednesday.  Meanwhile, communities from Medford to Spokane, Washington are warning residents to be ready for record heat by Wednesday.
