(Portland, OR)  --  A man is facing arson charges after allegedly throwing a Molotov cocktail at his neighbor's home.  Police arrested 41-year-old Seth Ames for the incident early yesterday in Gresham.  Police say Ames set his own home on fire and then threw a bottle filled with flammable liquid at his neighbor's garage door, catching it on fire.  Witnesses in the area put the blaze out with a fire extinguisher and then tried to catch Ames, who crashed his vehicle into a nearby trailer while allegedly trying to flee the scene.  Police arrested him.
