(Portland, OR)  --  An investigation is ongoing into the officer-involved shooting death of a man in southeast Portland.  Police responded to the area of 122nd Avenue and Glisan yesterday afternoon on reports of an armed man trying to break into a car.  Responding officers found the suspect waving an ax and fired beanbag rounds at him, prompting him to allegedly run off.  One of the officers then opened fire on the suspect at 120th and Ash, killing him.  No officers were injured.
