(Portland, OR)  --  Police say they've found the body of a Vancouver woman who went missing while tubing on the Willamette River.  The Polk County Sheriff's Office says they recovered the body of 37-year-old Tracy Allen yesterday at the base of a logjam in the river.  Allen was tubing with friends Saturday afternoon when their interconnected float tubes snagged on a large root ball, sending all three women into the river.  The two other women were able to safely make it to shore.
