(Kelso, WA)  --  Police are investigating a shooting that injured one man and put a nearby school into lockdown in southwestern Washington.  Police say the shooting happened yesterday morning on South 8th Avenue in Kelso.  The victim was rushed to a hospital and is expected to survive.  Police say they have arrested a suspect.  The shooting briefly put the nearby Wallace Elementary School into lockdown.
