(Portland, OR)  --  One person is facing charges after allegedly getting caught dealing meth out of a tent in Portland.  Police say an officer responded to the tent near Southwest 2nd and Burnside yesterday after receiving a tip.  The officer says he found someone inside the tent cutting up methamphetamine "in open view" of the public.  Police arrested the suspect and seized several ounces of meth along with some cash.
