(Portland, OR)  --  A disability rights group is speaking out about Portland sidewalks that are blocked by e-scooters.  Portland transportation officials have already issued over 500 warnings and penalties since April... but Disability Rights Oregon says they continue to get hundreds of complaints.  They're now teaming up with Lime Scooters to release an awareness video that was shot in Portland.  It will be distributed on social media.
