(Vancouver, WA)  --  Police are searching for a man accused of stealing thousands of dollars worth of construction equipment from a construction site in Vancouver.  The Clark County Sheriff's Office says the same suspect has stolen from the construction site on Northeast 23rd Avenue at least twice.  Police say he's stolen more than 50-thousand dollars worth of materials.
