Driver Hospitalized With Broken Neck After Crashing Into Weigh Station

(Vancouver, WA)  --  A man is hospitalized with a broken neck in Vancouver, Washington after falling asleep behind the wheel and crashing his vehicle into a weigh station.  The Washington State Patrol says the man was entering the Port of Entry in Ridgefield from northbound I-5 early yesterday morning when he veered into a guardrail.  The collision caused the vehicle to roll and hit a light pole before crashing into the scale house.  He was taken to PeaceHealth Southwest Medical Center.
