(Forest Grove, OR)  --  A 79-year-old Cornelius man is dead after being hit by a car in Forest Grove.  Police say the man was walking along Northwest Martin Road yesterday morning when a driver crashed into him.  The man was airlifted to a hospital, where he died.  Police say the driver stayed at the scene and is cooperating with investigators.
