(Portland, OR)  --  An investigation is ongoing into a fire that engulfed a convenience store under construction in northeast Portland.  Firefighters responded to the store at Northeast 33rd and Broadway last night.  Fire officials say a construction worker was welding something at the site when he noticed smoke.  No injuries were reported.
